How ordering works

What happens between your first message and the day your order arrives: how much you can order, how samples work, how quality is checked and how long it takes.

How many pieces can I order?

Orders start at about 100 pieces and go up to 100,000. The exact minimum depends on the material and how much customization you need. Tell us the number you have in mind and we tell you if it works.

How do samples work?

Before you place an order, we send samples at no extra cost. Check the fabric, the stitching and the fit with your own hands. If they are not right, tell us what to change or walk away. You are not committed to anything until you confirm the order.

What can be customized?

The design, the colours, the fabric blend and the finish. For raw materials we supply cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, chosen for strength, colourfastness and feel. Send us a reference, a sketch or a garment you like, and we match it.

How is quality checked?

Each batch is inspected at several stages of production and checked against your specifications for consistency, strength and colour. The approved sample is the standard the full order is measured against.

How long does it take?

About 45 days for production and delivery, counted from the day your selection is locked in. Sampling comes before that and depends on how quickly we agree on the details.

Who handles my order?

One person, Raian Mehrak Noor, from the first call to final delivery. We are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and talk by email or on a Google Meet call, whichever suits you.
